Bountiful MCP is a private, single-user tool run by Dan Black on his own server. Only his own Google accounts are connected to it.
What it accesses: the Gmail messages, labels, and drafts of the connected mailboxes, and the email address of each connected Google account.
How it is used: only to carry out requests Dan makes through Claude, such as searching, reading, drafting, sending, labeling, or trashing mail.
Storage: mailbox sign-in tokens are stored encrypted on the server. Message content is not stored by the server. A log of changes (time, mailbox, recipients, subject) is kept on the server.
Sharing: data is not sold or shared with anyone. Requests are passed to Claude (Anthropic) only as part of Dan's own use of Claude.
Google API data: use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access: disconnect a mailbox on the server, or remove the app at myaccount.google.com/connections.
